Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be accepted.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to: – Gift cards – Final sale items – Custom or personalized items – Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  2. Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost once the original item(s) are received and inspected. Availability of the replacement item(s) is subject to stock levels.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs associated with returning the defective or incorrect item.
